American Lighthouse, Inc. provides software and services for the preparation of immigration documents for high-skilled immigrants. Our Services include but are not limited to:

- Consultation on immigration document preparation
- Guidance through the document submission process
- Assistance with document preparation

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the use of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our Services may vary based on the type of service requested. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of the service request unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance. Any fee changes will not affect services already contracted and paid for.

5. Refund, Delivery, Return, and Cancellation Policies

5.1 Refund Policy

Lighthouse is dedicated to providing high-quality visa services. However, refunds are available under specific conditions:

- A full refund may be issued if Lighthouse is unable to initiate the service.
- Partial refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis as a gesture of goodwill if significant errors or delays occur on our part that materially affect the service provided. Such refunds are initiated solely at our discretion and cannot be requested by the client.
- No refunds will be issued once the visa petition process has been submitted to the USCIS, as the service is considered fully rendered at that point.

All refund requests must be made in by email within 15 days of the service delivery. Please contact our support team (hello@lighthousehq.com) to initiate a refund request, and include all relevant documentation and details.

5.2 Delivery Policy

Lighthouse's goal is to obtain approval for your visa petition by USCIS within one month from the date of submission. However, the visa approval process is ultimately governed by USCIS and can be subject to delays beyond our control. Lighthouse commits to using its best efforts to expedite the process and provide timely updates, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines due to these external factors.

5.3 Return Policy

As Lighthouse provides services, no return policy applies. Once services are rendered, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

5.3 Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your service request before the visa petition is submitted to USCIS. To cancel, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancelations made after the submission of your petition will not be eligible for a refund, as the service is considered fully delivered at that stage. If you wish to cancel before submission, please note that a cancelation fee may apply to cover any preparatory work already completed by our team.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect data from users when they fill in forms on our Website to use our Services. This data may include personal information such as name, contact details, and immigration-related information. Our collection, use, and storage of this data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can review here.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, on our Website is the property of American Lighthouse, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Lighthouse, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
